What to Expect

From the organisers behind Men’s Health Survival of the Fittest they have brought you a brand new wet and wild event.

Based at London’s ExCel cenre you will swim, wade, crawl, climb, jump, splash and run your way around the aquatic obstacle course around the Docklands

Every entry includes £10 to the charity Shelter which help families fighting homelessness in Britain.

The course will feature a 20 foot Dock jump, fun kayaking sections, swimming and loads of obstacles.

On the day you can luxuriate in their undercover changing facilities, bring your friends and family along to enjoy the spectacle – and dive headfirst into the Docks.
